What will happen during Discoveroo’s onboarding process?

Our onboarding with new clients depends on the plan and how quickly the required information is provided to us by the client. We want you to be able to get started asap.

Please note that there may be a lead time if a secondary domain and/or new email accounts need setting up before outreach can begin. New email addresses should be warmed up for 14-21 days before beginning any outreach. This is to help protect your domain. A new domain will take around six months to safely warm up. How does Discoveroo create the right sales messaging for our company?

When we begin working with new clients, we will request information relating to the type of organisation and prospect that you want to target. Where applicable we will request the information necessary to build sales messaging, which will include product/service overviews, noteworthy customer success stories, case studies, or recent campaign results that we can use to articulately and concisely demonstrate to prospects how your company helps organisations similar to theirs. 

Once we have drafted preliminary sales messaging examples, we will create a shared document for you to access and to provide feedback/contributions within.

What results can we expect with Discoveroo?

Each of our clients and campaigns is unique and the results can vary depending on factors including the solution or service type, the value proposition, the pricing, and the addressable market. Our data makes sure that your offering is being seen by the right people, your ideal prospect.

When running done-for-you campaigns, we typically received responses from 10-13% of the prospects we contact including opt-outs. This means that in a campaign that reaches 750 prospects, once all emails have been sent our clients can usually expect responses from 75-100 prospects.

We provide regular batches of new prospects within a shared document for you to upload to sequence according to your outreach schedule.

On the Growth Plan we will have designated Slack channel to provide support during our work together and will respond within one business day.

Can we set up a custom-sized outreach plan with Discoveroo?

Absolutely. While we have tried to create plans with fixed and straightforward pricing and deliverables, we also understand that everyone’s requirements vary. What does Discoveroo’s data-building process involve?

We use a combination of manual and tool-based online search methods to build a list of prospects that meet your ideal client profile. During onboarding, and before we begin building any data, we work with each of our clients to determine their target prospect criteria, which includes some of the following categories:

  • Industry
  • Company Type
  • Persona Type
  • Employee Count
  • Location

Once we have this information, we then build a sample list of data for our clients to check and provide feedback on before we build more data and begin the campaign.

What process do you follow to qualify a lead into an opportunity?

Once there is a sales lead we:

  1. Liaise and arrange a call with the prospect
  2. Conduct a discovery call and qualify whether or not there's a real opportunity
  3. Create an Opportunity Overview report
  4. Handover all qualified opportunities with confirmed next steps to our clients
  5. Follow up with the prospect to re-confirm and schedule next steps

What information does each Opportunity Overview report contain?

Our comprehensive lead qualification process handles any initial objections, while gaining a good understanding of:

  • The prospect's business and their current situation, including their business goals and drivers
  • Their upcoming projects or initiatives
  • The obstacles and challenges they face in pursuit of their goals/projects
  • The implication of those challenges, i.e. what does it mean for their business
  • What the prospect needs ideally as a solution to those challenges
